Went bird hunting with a friend who had a similar interest in gun care. He pulled up on a flushing pheasant and blew the last 3” of his barrel off.

Dancer we call them swarms others call them tornadoes
because they usually land and accend vertically with a twist
limiting their exposure to hacks like us. Cunning creatures.

Ever since vacationing in south Florida, I’ve wanted to move there badly. I would love to throw all my heavy winter coats away! Heat hasn’t ever bothered me, but I can’t hack the cold anymore. Good year round fishing weather and I’m in. So.... given the choice of scenery, I’d take your first pics over the latter.
