your bunnies.

I'm like Zuma. They say we don't have them around here and Ive never seen them but I have seen some trail camera pictures that sure look like em though. Thought that was house cat and kids hand print pictures at first Marc

I would love to see one in the wild.

I'd want my camera ready to prove it, too!

Good observation Marc. You got the bigger kittys up there.Beautiful animal I'm sure!!After your snowshoe hares.
After fresh snows here I occasionally see bobcat tracks here in southern Iowa.Usually during bitterly cold times mostly and in areas cottontails are frequent, but a cat here will roam quite a ways.Love being in the woods at those times.
During bitterly cold times here only things that move much are bunnies/deer/coyotes/and cats.Everything is hungry then.We have occasional mountain lions here but hav'nt seen a track of one of those yet.Others have though and even sightings too.

We're seeing more and more cougars in Eastern North Dakota. If I remember, and as not to steal too much thunder from Marc's post I'll make a new post, I can tell the tale of how my first bow deer (which was this fall!) was gnawed on by a cougar!
