I am pretty sure it is ash, I pulled up a picture of a black ash leave and it is a match. All the ash where I hunt has similar bark.

Is black ash worth anything?

I first thought it might be Hackberry but with no fruits or seeds on the tree at all I'm doubting my thoughts.

Is that a compound leaf with leaflets or are they individual leaves?
