It's a ferries rasp...horse show rasp. All you need is a hammer, some place to build a fire, vicegrips and a piece of railroad track. Then a 1 inch pipe to bend the file around. I haven tried but I'm sure you could get to welding g temps with charcoal and a hairdryer.i dont think a 4in1 is enough material though. Good luck
