Anyone get snow already?

My dog got his first taste of real snow.  About a 20 min drive up the mountain.   The snow that fell on us at ~7500 feet didn't stick.  The dog went nuts, running and jumping and eating snow like a crazy animal.  I could almost hear him say "fiiiiinaly, I was born for thissssss!"  And after buckets of snow, apparently there's always room for dessert.

Come over to Michigan. We average 5' of it in the town I live in. He will get sick of it quick, lol

That sounds awesome.  Spent my whole life in the desert SW except for several great years in OH, loved the winters.  Brown and dry is boring, and real autumn is great, too.

Hawkdancer:
Might want to come a  bit north to Steamboat Springs, Frisco, Breckenridge, et al!  They are due foe a big hit tonight!  The dog will love it!  Steamboat often gets 350-400 inches of snow a season!  Luckily, we are out of there for this year >:D (S) (lol)!

Our dogs have always loved the snow even though we don't get much.
