Hey Aaron, finally messed with that dogwood

<< < (2/3) > >>

chamookman:
Whoa - I like those Pauly  )P( ! Bob

bjrogg:
I guess that's what you call arrows that are in tune with the bow. Sure glad they like those. Would be a shame if they liked carbons.
Bjrogg
I still remember shooting that 48" sinew backed Osage with a sinew string at Elm Hall a couple years ago. Nice bow and those arrows will look great with it.

Aaron H:
Very cool Paul, I'm glad you got some use out of those, they look nice.     Those shafts are Gray Dogwood or Cornus racemosa.  They are heavy indeed, but tough too.  I find they are perfect for hunting arrows for mid to heavy weight bows.  Let me know if you need any more, grows like crazy around me

Danzn Bar:
Pretty darn good job.

ksnow:
Those are really nice looking arrows. Great that they work well out of your primitive bow.

I have a handful of dogwood shafts from Aaron also, this might motivate me to finish them up.
