Cooking flint ridge material???

I have kept it on high overnight, but I keep it outside & not in the house .

I useally hold mine a few hours, I have mine rigged with thermometers one on the side and one in the middle. and when the side reaches 500 the middle will be at least 175 degrease cooler. so its good to hold for a while.
