Rule revision for horn bows and warbows

Stickhead:
Due to popular demand, I’ve clarified the BOM rules to indicate that bows in the “Horn Bows” and “English Warbow” forums are eligible for BOM.  In addition, bows made of all horn will be included in the Backed Bow of the Month category.
