D-day flower

Mesophilic:
My first corn poppy of the season bloomed today.  Thought it was kind of special being the D Day anniversary.  Rest in peace, brothers.

I just realized after I posted...if you look closely there's a little tear drop coming from her.  Now I'm getting all mushy inside.
