Well its has been 2 1/2 months since my wife moved on and I have had zero ambition to break up a rock. I am more of a pressure flaker but I grabbed a  heat treated Texas tab and beat the living crap out of it. I made a pretty decent 4 " blade that needs some finish work.  Man that felt good again.  I vowed to get back into knapping more to help me keep my head on straight , especially during this tough time in my life. I will try and post a phone picture.

Can't figure out how to do that. My wife used to do that for me. Oh well, I did OK for me. lol

So glad to here that Jon. I know I have to be in the right place to knap. I really do have to get my head right in that stone. It's amazing how much thought goes into knapping. How quickly the time passes by. It's great therapy. And sometimes it just feels great to hit something. I'm sure Chris is glad to see you making chips again.

It is good to hear that you spent some time knapping again.
I'm with BJ. Chris would want you to knap and glad you did.

YosemiteBen:
Moving on can be a difficult thing for sure. My co- worker just lost his father at the end of March and has decided he is going to retire. Every one has a different way.... Glad you kept moving.... Remember her with laughter.

JEB:
Thanks guys.
