bubby:
Welcome Ed , hope ya can use it

dylanholderman:
alright so looks like i'm last to finish again and late again  :-\
i really struggled to feel satisfied with this piece aesthetically.
it started out with a blued guard and a bright blade, but i couldn't bring myself to be happy with how it looked so i ended up oil blackening the guard and darkening the blade with vinegar.
still have some niggling issues i cant quite put my finger on, but i've reached that point that i need to call it done or i'll screw it up completely.
more pics once i finish a sheath for it.

Bryce:
I’ve been creeping around on this thread for awhile now. I’m liking what I’m seeing. Especially in terms of how well the communication is. way to go fellas. Great blades all around, I know I would be proud to own any one of them.

dylanholderman:
finally got this done. just needs a final sharpening, i should have it out by Tuesday.
sheath is carved out of poplar turned a bit of brass for the button and secured it with glue and a bit of sinew.

Pat B:
That's a nice set up, Dylan.   :OK
