Meal with 2 different oven temps!!

(1/2) > >>

ResslerKeen:
Hey everyone! I'm trying to recreate a meal that someone brought us after my daughter was born. It was beautifully roasted pork tenderloin, perfectly roasted sweet potatoes and roasted broccoli. I'm swapping out the broccoli for a salad for ease, but how do I cook the tenderloin at 350° and the sweet potatoes at 450° without ruining one or the other? The only idea I have is to roast the sweet potatoes this afternoon and reheat them later. I usually do this kind of cook on the weekends when my husband is home. Keep in mind I have a 3 year old and a newborn! Thanks!fedloan irs.gov easybib

Russ:
Slow cooker? pressure cooker? or just cook one then the other

WhistlingBadger:
How long does each need to cook?

Pat B:
I wrap sweet potatoes in foil with a little olive oil(maybe a teaspoon or less) in it at 350 for an hour or til soft. You can use the same temp but adjust the time for each.

Hawkdancer:
Depending on how big your roast is, start it, and as Pat said, put the sweet potatoes in so they have enough time to get done. You might do a "test run" with the sweet potatoes first to see how long they take, or (gasp) do them in the microwave -C- >:D (lol)!
