Antlers through the mail
bjrogg:
A few months ago, a guy called me about some arrows he wanted restored. I told him I wasn't a professional but if he wanted to bring them over I'd look at them and show him some of my stuff. He like what he saw and I restored his arrows, made him a display quiver and put a stone point on one of his arrows. He and his wife were very happy and I made a couple new friends. They have a nature center and have a nice display.
A couple weeks ago he called me again. Said he had some antlers he was sending me. Wanted some knives. Said they didn't have to be big.
Here's the first one. Not quite done yet but I like where it's going.

Looks good BJ
YosemiteBen:
Nice BJ - I have traded antlers though the mail several times. Got a bunch of knives to put together but my honey-do list is always getting in the way.
JEB:
Brian, want a couple chunks of cholla for your project or does it have to be antler?
bjrogg:
Thanks Rob. Hope harvest is going well.
Thanks Ben. I'd love to see some pictures when you get them done.
Jon I'd love some cholla. This couple had these antlers and wanted some knives so I put this one and another together. I'm thinking they would do flips with a cholla one though.
