wooden quiver - any ideas on how to make this?

Have you ever worked with elm bark, It is thick and when wetted can be shaped and then dries hard. Then you could scrape the deep furrows off until smooth, The bark is easy to work the hard part is acquiring the material. Good luck with your project. Bob

Thank you for your pm!! My keyboard doesn't have the German letter-keys on it and Google Translate is still not perfect. Your friend's work is really something, I should have just copied and pasted your search term instead of trying to type it into the search bar.

you can also type oe (ö), ae (ä) or ue for (ü) that works [the WWW don`t take the german ö, ä, ü. we also have to type in WWW the oe, ae or ue for writing,]
