An Idea for when you dont have a oven or if you on a camping trip. This is how i bake my pizza, Meatloaf or Anny other oven dish. Its a stainles steel pan with a hollow lid so you can put hot coals on top of the pan too

Neat idea!  Much lighter than a Dutch Oven!  We don' t do much backpacking anymore but use the Dutch oven in base camp!  Cooking is better tasting, we think!

What you mean with cooking is better tasting? Like tasting better then spitroast?

I should have phrased that differently!  Cooking in the Dutch oven with fire or charcoal tastes better than using gas or electric stoves!  My mind sometimes overthinks my finger or tongue!
