Glass thickness.

There’s a place near me that has small mosaic tiles of glass about 4” by 4” and it comes in beautiful colors. I’d like to learn knapping and I wanted to practice on these however they are 1/8” thick. Is that thick enough to make a good point for hunting?

I don't think I would have the skills to make a point out of 1/8" thick glass unless it was very small, too small for legal hunting that is

Have you tried looking for stained glass?

I have used glass countertops before. The stuff I have works really nice.

I saw the stained glass but all I can find is 1/8” inche thick. I have done bottoms and they turn out well I just want something that’s a tad bit more forgiving.
