First broadhead arrows: Thank you to PA members!
Digital Caveman:
Here are a few arrows I finished this weekend; they are the first real broadhead arrows I've built, but there are more on the way!
They are Port Orford Cedar with purpleheart splines. The fletching is leftwing turkey primaries bound in the front with my first attempt at sinew. The heads are Zwicky Deltas.
Thank you to Pat B for the heads, to Warpath for the shafts, and Mike Yancy for the backstrap sinew! I hope to try these out on our jack-o-lanterns tomorrow. ;D
Pat B:
They look good. Let us know how they shoot. :OK
Hawkdancer:
Looking good! Lookout, Jack! Now, about that deer! (SH) :-D. Congratulations!

Digital Caveman:
Deer move, and they see me before I see them. I got a lot more practice ahead of me in shooting and stalking!
warpath:
Nice work on the shafts!! Good to see you putting them to good use! :OK
