Knapping Supplies

(1/1)

YosemiteBen:
Good Morning all you fine folks -

Well, I have an interesting situation at work. Something that has worked for a long time is in the process of change.

My employer would now like to purchase the supplies that I use at work so that the items I make can be sold to the local conservancy and the funds returned to the cultural program.

I know I can look up suppliers for knapping materials, I just wanted to check in with your collective wisdom to see if you all had any preferences for knapping supplies, leather etc...

Digital Caveman:
You mean you have no choice but sell them, so you no longer own what you make?  ???

YosemiteBen:
@tradcrafts - that is the jist of things. They will supply the materials. Then everything will be theirs. I have plenty of my own supplies (if you need anything) Granted, we have been bending the rules a little for many years. We have been using our supplies on Govt time and making our additional profit. Suuuppper gray area. We are ND first g-employee second. Anyhow, they want their cut. Hence the new situation....

neuse:
Flint Knapping Supplies .com is a good one.
