Another pair of nocks

These are for my own bow of some 105# in red collor high density yew, not unlike some of the italian stuff.
Quite nice horn in collor and texture, though the pics are taken by cheap camera so not as good. Enjoy.







I use blue buffing compound for buffing, as its dry and fine and does not smear like the green rouge, which is too rough and nasty for this work. That on rug wheel, but again white, as some rug wheels made of collored textille do smear collours. They need to be ground with sadpaper to 220 grit or better to 300 + to avoid detroit chrome effect, but anything more is waste of time.
