Gosh! So far the most beautiful bow I've seen on here.
I'm still using drawknife the majority of my build, what tool(s) did you use to carve your unique recurves?

backtowood B2W:
Thank you bjrogg and blink.

I used a half round chisel (10 and 6 mm) for the roughing out. smoothening the surface with a card scraper. Closer to dimension I used the card scraper - which I made myself - a piece of Spring steel with 4 different little radius in the corners and some key files and chainsaw file.
I will try to take a pic of that tools...

Really nice bow. well done.
You could probably lose a fair bit of weight at the recurves. Anything handle side of the string contact point could be working limb. If you look at the thinnest point of the working limb and make your recurve a fraction thicker than than point. That is all the thickness you nee to stop them bending.
you could probably have added a little more reflex when the sinew was drying but thats about it!

you could probably leave it as is,,and it would be perfect,, great work,, :)

Great looking bow!  The name of the bow is perfect. I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into every detail of this bow. Thanks for showing it to us.
