Made Some Firewood Today

I must have gotten a little skinny there or something then.  Glad to hear that those little pins shouldn't be much of an issue.  I doubt the stave was too dry but who knows.  It was cut in February and dried to the point of not losing weight.   Funny thing was I had just looked over both limbs maybe a dozen arrows before blowup and it showed no signs of giving out.

I'm moving on and working on my first recurve and just about to bracing it.  I will post pics with questions I'm sure...
