Mulberry cobbler

(1/1)

Allyn T:
This is an easy recipe that was told to me this summer. It works for any fruit but I've only used it with mulberries. Preheat oven to 350. In a 9x9 baking dish melt one stick of butter, I just use the oven. In a bowl mix 1 cup of flower, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of milk. Pour mixture into dish. Cover the top with mulberries, I don't even take the stems off. Bake for 1 hour. Voila

matte:
That is the same recipe my wife use to make a cobbler. You are right any fruit works. If you haven't tried this one you are missing out on a delicious dessert!
I am a old member just been out of commision for a while! Merry Christmas everyone!

Little John:
Yes it works very good also in a dutch oven at the camp fire.
