Fancy Bow Racks?

BowEd:
Cool rack Clint. There are some pieces that just don't deserve to be firewood.I like the look of some knotty red cedar planking also.

Some characterish off cuts from squareing up logs at sawmills are a good place to find pieces. If they hav'nt sold them for firewood already.
Splits from logs etc. too.
I've got a foot wide weathered osage snaky grained plank setting against the shed I should get after too.
My problem is room on the walls is pretty minimal these days.....ha ha.

WhistlingBadger:
The next elk shed I find is going on my shop wall.  Insta-bow rack!

Selfbowman:
Cool racks guys!

PaSteve:
Clint, that's the coolest bow rack I've ever seen. Nice job.

Very nice, gentlemen. I was thinking more furniture like out of cherry or alder boards but I like the natural pieces of wood. I have some lodgepole pine and cottonwood boards I hand cut from downed trees on our property with a chainsaw, I will see what I can find in there.
