Bows for Grand KIDS

(1/7) > >>

Pappy:
I don't make as many bows as I use to, I am involved in a lot but only make 3 or 4 a year for myself to hunt with, but now with grand kids that grow like weeds I am back busy.2 of my grand kids had out grown there bows so in the last week or so I got on the ball and made them a couple out of some nice 10/15/ year old Osage, short pieces I had saved just for that purpose, 1 is for Margaret Ann who is 5 1/2 it is 15@15 R&D with all the trimmings she likes, pink string, deer antler nocks and purple beads and of course a turkey feather on the loose end of the string. Bodhi is 3 1/2 and his is 12@15 red and white string and red and white beads, he wants to be a fire man. :) Also antler nocks and a Turkey feather on the loose end of the string. I will show more pictures once they get them in there hands. :)

Piddler:
Looking good Pappy. I have also made some grandkid bows. They aren't as easy to tiller as you would think meaning a little scraping goes a long way when they are that thin.
