Welcome to PA. Very nice snakey bow with beautiful tiller and cool snake skin backing.
 Bob Barnes, Maclura is the genus name of osage(Maclura pomifera). I've never heard of it but looked it up also. Maybe agdaldashl will tell us about the wood. Asian osage?  :OK

Very nice. Love the look of snaky bows backed with snake skin. I had to look what type of snake it was naturally. Banded Krait. Very deadly snake on a great looking bow.
