 Tiller looks good so far. I normally compare the tiller with how the stave looks unbraced. Any major errors, like a hinge or weaker limb will show up in the set.

Its been quite a while to complete my first Yew bow.  The bow I backed with sinew has held up nicely. I thought it was about time to post a final update and some pics.
Pacific NW Yew. 67" NTN.  52 lbs at 28" draw.  Two layers of sinew then backed with birch bark.

String knock overlays are Wenge and stabilized birdseye maple dyed blue with a matching arrow rest.

That's a nice looking bow. I have a skinny yew stave I'm saving for when I get the confidence to start shaving on it.
