Yeah that was a bummer, but it sure could have been a lot worse. Glad it wasn’t.

I was rooting for him too. Saw he was a Boyer and was wondering if anyone on here might know him. Pretty vicious looking wound. Wasn’t easy to watch. Like bj said, could have been a lot worse.

Like the other posters, we were rooting for Cubby. Glad he made it out, that was a good long hike back to his camp for evacuation. Could have been a lot worse even though it was a serious injury nonetheless.

I imagined the shock.
An arrow in the leg AND  far from camp AND far from anyone in a land of big carnivores
Even before you verify how bad is the injury your head is blown away by a tornado of emotions
