Hello gang,

Thought to post and express thanks for those who are making the site possible again.  This is an old stave from Missilemaster that I’m fiddling with.  Buckthorn responds really well to heat.  Gonna work on a Mollagabet design and see what happens.  So nice to be back and thank you!

I made several from Cody supplied buckthorn. I always had great luck with it. It has gorgeous grain with an oil finish. Good luck, Steve-O.

I have a nice Osage bow from MissileMaster he donated to primitive meet at Marshall.

Like JW I’m wondering if you are going for hollow limb design?

Hi guys,

I’m looking to give it a slight hollow through the limb and reflex the levers a bit.  Got some work done today.
