I really like rose shafts, they tend to stay straight for a long time after heat-straightening. Just made my first sourwood shoot set and about to bare shaft test and fletch them today. Should have pics soon.

The heads penetrated the wood about 3/8 of an inch. But they went through an inch of asphalt board before hitting.
