Simple Hickory Recurve for 3D selfbow class

(1/3) > >>

barebo:
I had one Adirondack knot free bow core left and wanted to try a long recurve. 68"ntn - whopping 36#@28". 19 ounces.
Steamed in the recurves on a simple form I made. Pretty snappy and easy smooth draw. Handle is red oak, Ipe, and bacote. Tip overlays are padouk.

Hamish:
It's got some nice curves, and is well tillered.  Nice combo for the handle woods, too. Nothing wrong with a 36lber for some enjoyable shooting.

bentstick54:
Very nice. Tiller looks as good as it gets. Very impressive.

Pappy:
Beautiful bow in all aspects, very well done. Pappy

bjrogg:
Gotta agree with everyone else. Nice bend.
