Cumquats, loquats - where are the highquats ;D? Naw, looks like ya'll may get some weather here directly. What kind of snake was that in catfishon's picture anyway? Looks like something I'm finding back west.

Nice bow. Silk looks very flat and even. How did you get such a good flat finish on the silk?
Also, any chance of some pics of the belly. The finish and colour fro heating and rubbing in charcoal sounds interesting.

  Mark, the only thing I did with the sik is soak it in water. Then I covered the back in TB3 and layed the silk on and smoothed out the bubbles. That unbleached silk seems to be better than using old ties and shirts. Here are some pictures of the belly. Sorry about the quality, the sun is really bright today and I had a hard time with the glare.
  I hope he'll use it at least a few times. I hate to make wall hangers.

WoW!  I didn't expect such a fine gift. If you, Steve and Chris can teach me how to shoot it straight, I'll definitely hunt with it.

Looking forward to seeing you guys back down South.  I saw about 50-60 dumb pigs that watched me shoot stalking lanes through the fields in prepping for your trip.
