Got your heavy duty weapon bookmarked for Self Bow of the Month. I'd certainly call it a war bow.

I have made many yew longbows and I say - great wood and perfect job , longbow can not be  better. But horn nocks are for me here  necessary  8)

im really not to fond of horn nocks, the overlays are a nice alternative... ;)

The guy has his bow and there were no problems this time.  Needless to say I did not use UPS but Canada Post instead.

good to hear it, i was kinda holding my breath.

How did you final package it? ive got a hickory bow to send out and i wanna make sure it gets there a-ok.

Beautiful yew longbow. I am sure that it would have been used in a number of mediaeval wars whether they called it a warbow or not.
