Hey Tim, you can soak the sheath in rubbing alcohol and then cover the knife with cling wrap and put it in the sheath.  Start pressing down and working the leather wherever you want it to form to the knife.  If you just want it to form to the blade, you can get a couple pieces of thin flat wood a little wider than the sheath, press them to the outside of the blade and clamp with spring clamps or C clamps and let it dry like that.

Got the second handler finished now. First knife is done and will go out to the happy customer sometime this week/next week...maybe sometime this month... ;D  Yeah, I know I'm slow!  Must be something in the water.
