i am thinking its because most of us procrastinate and along with the holidays and family obligations take up so much
time,it was the best way to get people to participate.

heck i am still working on mine when i get enough free time at once,hope to have it done in time as it is. any sooner and i would of had to say no.

Eddie its so late because of all the holidays, and hunting season so most of us are busy and I felt the extra time would
encourage more people to participate. Heck I haven't even started on mine yet, I'm going to get busy this weekend,
oh wait its the opener for rifle deer season may have to wait a week ;)
