Thanks guys. Mike: I'm pretty sure it was the string that got me - their's about an eight inch peice of that shaft MIA. Walked all over down range but can't find it - hope it's not buried in my arm somewhere and I just can't feel it ;D.

Dang Paul those are some of the most beautifull arrows I have seen. Do you shoot them for target practice too? I will have to start making some in that fashion. Are they the cahokia style?
