I am jealous, man! Trying to get rid of about 8 more pounds to get back to 20 lbs over my army days! On the other hand, getting more active will help, too. Survived the Bolder Boulder 10km (6.2 miles) yesterday, with a PB record SLOW time, excuse is that the pit stops took too much time due to overcrowding! >:D. Saw more than a couple younger folks out there that had to stand in the same spot twice to cast a shadow!
