Title: coral hook
Post by: 1442 on February 24, 2019, 09:19:08 pm
I spent a couple hours waiting around today and made this hook from a coral flake while doing so.
My wife says I can't do two things at once, but I think I did today )F(

Sweet! I like trying to make hooks. I usually get one out of three.

Thanks
when I break one it is usually right where I start hollowing the inside out and barely have the tip established. The shank will snap off about level with the tip.
every now and then a flake right close to the tip will do a magic trick and make the tip disappear

Thanks a lot
it was fun but that's a lot to do all at once.
