OK, so I guess they are European Ibex? Ibex were the number one source of horn for medieval composite crossbows so I would have to say they would make amazing bows but I believe they are a protected species having become nearly extinct at one point

I believe the Scythian's also used ibex horn

Those would work perfect, but you need to get them off the ibex first.

I read the Mongolians used Ibex too back when they were the most powerful nation in the world.
