Finished this up a few weeks back. A real character stave. I did zero heat corrections just made a bow. Top limb took a lil bit of set and the tiller isn't perfect but don't really care. It's #50 @ 28", 66" ntn.Deer antler overlays and did laminate some extra meat on the grip and stipple it. It has a real cool knot on the bottom side and didn't want to cover it with a handle wrap.

Nice work.I like it.

This is the first stippled grip I have ever noticed and I think it is a great idea! Where did you get the idea?
-
I like that a lot!! awesome job!
-
Jay-dub, I believe Pearl Drums mentioned it to me a couple years ago and I finally just did it
-
I really like what you did with the handle. Great job!
-
Great looking bow, and I like how you just went with it by not making any heat correction. That's letting the wood tell you what it wants for sure.
-
Cool bow and I like the handle. Looks comfortable in the hand and nice art work on it.
-
Nice Stix.
Wish it was heading to Marshall.

Very cool! Working on one that I don't wanna cover the grip, thought about trying a stipple.

Real cool character on that stick. Like what you did with the handle. Great looking bow.

That looks great, Mike. I like the way you worked with what the stave gave you.

Very nice bow, No recurves no HT no string alignment issues - you just made a bow, simple and quick. The simple things are mostly the best (SH).
Ok, the grip - you put more time in it, but I like it, too.
My only concern: I hope the nock groove don't go to deep into the spongy stuff of the antler.
