Man! Tim, you were busy. Those are nice

Beautiful assortment, proof of time well-spent.
That Dalton, it kills.
PD
-
Timo you and Pete make me sick :P very very nice points. I need to watch ya'll in action.
-
That! Is some dang fine knapping! 8)
For someone such as myself, who's just trying to learn percussion. A point like that dovetail, seems impossible :( I can't imagine me ever making one like that.
I like 'em all. But the Dalton and the Graham cave get my vote for the best two.

You've been busy-nice chippin'. What material is that little Dalton? Nice Scotty and Hardin, too.
-
Thanks guys. All the material is burlington, and jeff city chert. Mostly all cooked, but the clovis was from raw rock.
The lil dalton was a creek nodule, Jeff City chert,(most call it mozarkite, but mozarkite is found more north of here)and is very high grade.I have a creek that I pick up small nodules from, same creek where I found the scotty, and it is some very killer mat. Just wished it was bigger. ;)
The scotty was also a small nodule,I saved all the length on that piece.Never know what color you are gonna get once the skin is off. ;)
