I made this thing from a piece of cooked central tx mat.
All direct percussion reduction and flutes with pressured edges and set ups.
here's the rock and preform
-
first flute
I hit too short and barely clipped the platform.
-
second flute
I hit this one better
-
Callin it done,
it was fun

Very nice 1442, sure hope your hands stay good so you can keep knapping all the fantastic stuff you've been sharing with us.

Job well done.

Thanks
I hope so too bjrogg,
I have really been enjoying knapping lately.
forgot to mention on the second flute, the bopper lightly caught one ear and sent two narrow flakes running up that edege.
It was a 1-1/4" bopper.
