Title: I found another one!

It was hiding in the middle of this here rock ;D
Don't know what the material is. Just that it came from a creek in TN.

Theres a hill side we find the same material, itts close to my dover spot.. usually its a rough grade.. but it will heat treat... Very Nice point. Im trying to get some things together to make it to Flint Ridge.. c you there maybe...

This style of point is really something.  Any chance you would be interested in doing a step by step pictorial on how you get that serration on the point?

Hey Shannon, I echo what Lee said. Maybe you could put together a few pics showing how to make the serrations. It wouldn't have to be a whole point, just show how to set up and make one serration. Thanks.

I agree with Bill.  Looks alot like Buffalo River.   My buddy Erik has a bunch and he says it is his favorite flint to knap.  Nice point Shannon.  :)

Thanks Timo. Looks like the secret is being able to lay down that flake pattern before you start the little serration points. Yikes, I'm in trouble!

You got a lot better eye than I do Shannon, i can't find anything like that, hehe.. I know you must have made something out of that pappyite - gonna keep digging here :D.
