I'll be there with the camper. I will have three bow racks to display, under a canopy, any bow you wish to show off. Bring your bows and lets show the folks what we can do as Amateur Boyer's of NC. My wife Amy will be the "guard" and hostess. I will have two tables if need be to display any and all manner of stuff you may have made. That is quivers, arrows, points etc. Pat if you need a place to stay, we have an extra bedroom, ;) and you do not need a -20 deg sleeping bag. ;D

Mail them a letter and go have some fun. ;D You are going to have resposability that will limit your playing for the next few years. Justin

Thanks all! I'm afraid my life will end as I know it, but I heard it gets much better when you can finally sleep-in again. ;D Did anyone take any pics from Hickory?

-
Congratulations Dingleberry...you life is just now beginning!!! ;D Hey when you guys post pics, see if you can put names on there if they are on our forum so we can get better at knowing whom is whom....
If you want your events on the calendar when you post them i can link them like I did this one also I will get them transferred to the website calendar as well.
-
OK Marie, Just for you! ;) In the pics I took...Jason Butner(son of Art B) pulling my war bow, Tom B with his head in his hands(Tom was pretty sick) and the fantastic PA display I set up at the shoot. Tom B feeling better in the pic of some of my bows, and Barry McCall(not a member of PA but a hell of a primitive skills guy). Pat
-
Pat you are SO wonderful!!! LOVE the display! :D
-
I just can't help myself, Marie. Greatness is a difficult atribute to manage! ;)
By the way, the bow on the top, backside of the rack that my bows are on is the Southern Community Bow. Lots of great comments on that bow! ;D Pat
-
Yes Pat, but nothing like the comments on the string eh. :o Justin
-
I didn't want to embarrass :-[ everyone by bringing up the string thing again but now that you mention it, It is a very nice string! ;D Pat
-
String? :o What string! Somebody see a string. I didn't see a string. Was there a string on it? Heck, I'm just glad I didn't have to walk up that HILL again. :'( Yea, Tom was one sick puppy. We still had a good time. Jason pulled that "war" bow like it was my 30# target bow.

Even being sick, Tom saved me from certain death or worse by providing large amounts of strong black coffee each morning. I don't know what would happen if I didn't get at least a quart or two of coffee in the morning, but I shudder to think of it :o
-
Tom does make a good, strong pot of coffee. ;D :o
Got any pics for us Steve? Pat
-
Pat, I was a slacker and didn't take hardly any pics except for the ones documenting the making of the stone tool bow. I'll try to get a few of them up, but hopefully, you may see the rest of them later in a different format :)
