Title: White Oak 63" NTN 50#@29"
Post by: Nasr on August 22, 2019, 02:29:58 pm
Hello so this bow is a board bow which I do a lot of. It took an inch of set and that was right after shooting and started out with 2 inches of reflex. I haven't finished that handle wanted to shoot it first. I always think about how fast bows can get and I really love discussions like that but when I shot this bow i flinched. But that can also be because I havent shot in a while. Tbh I dont know how I feel about the tiller my eyes are messed up from looking at it all day. Also I am under drawing on that draw pick.

It looks pretty good, you could have gotten a little more bend right out of the fades and reduced set a bit but still looks good as it is. I tend to leave my fades pretty stiff also if I can get away with it.

you know what Steve I have developed this fear of bending near the fade. Idk why I think its because as I beginner a lot of my bows broke near the fade. Also Its been a while since I made bows so I am kinda rusty and my confidence isn't there yet.
