Just wanted to share with you guys some arrows Im working on. My girlfriend painted them. the image is of quetzalcoatl the mayan god. She did a very good job I was impressed. anyway here they are. More pics coming soon. ( I think fletching could be a little tighter they are not truly straight)

Thanks Frank: I made these because I have a bow that I posted a while ago with mayan heiroglyphs. It has the same color scheme so I decided to make some arrows to go along with it. Il post the whole set in about a week.

this is wade keenan's son those are some fancy arrows tell your gilfriend she did a very nice job painting. and beautiful work.

Those are beautiful! :o The only thing I would suggest, is that she paint the design in front of the fletching. ;) It is being hidden by the fletching. Very nice indeed. Basically marbling is a blend of colors, that are not stirred to a solid blend. You still have the various colors, and one or two slow stirs, and then you either paint, or dip the object into it. Or I think you can spray on one color, and then another, and gently wipe it around, or drag one into the other, and roll the shaft, and it will semi blend, with each color showing, and some solid blends as well.
