Thanks. I need to put a fine edge on it. I dulled it a little to set it in the handle.

Man, TJ, your knapping has improved a 100fold. That blade looks good. And late period NDN's used glass quite a bit.
-
Cool knife! 8) You could round the forward edge of the antler a bit for a more smooth transition. but it is still a cool knife. Not too bad for a nurse! ;)

Nice knife TJ! I like the color of that glass also - the knapping even looks antique for some reason. Are you sure that's not an artifact ;D?
-
Good looking knife! I wonder what that glass used to be part of? :)
-
Greg, it is antique, decorative glass that used to on the sides of buildings. It was stuck on with cement or tar. It also comes in purple, tan, white and green.
-
nice eddie, that color glass is called hospital green.
-
knap, nugget made the knife, glass came from me.
-
Good lookin' knife, TJ. Your knapping is getting better all the time, looks like you're starting to get it figured out.
-
Thanks guys. I need to back at it and get some points made. I enjoy blades more than points.

The weather aint cooperating, so I might have to do some indoor knapping this weekend in between study sessions. Hopefully I will have some more to post.

Nice knife. I like bad weather, gives me an excuse to indulge my hobbies, instead of doing real work. ;D
