Hey guys I'm looking for a good book on the atlatl for the ol' library, any recommendations
thanks, bub

I sure hope someone can help you out. Since there have been
very few found in the continental US. Some in the south west.
jackcrafty posted a photo of some from a NM.cave on the
" Bannerstone Discussion" thread. There are many found in
Alaska and Canada. Many reside in the Smithsonian collection.
From what I understand there are many from Central America
and Mexico. Might be worth while googleing for books about them.
Good luck Zuma

Zuma there are a few books at Amazon but I'd like a little more selection, pa has one out too I'll probably get sooner or later

This site has a lot of designs and some good articles.
Designs: http://www.thudscave.com/npaa/designs/
Articles etc.: http://www.thudscave.com/npaa/index.htm
there is others stuff out there if you are willing to dig a little. unfortunately not enough demand for a concise source pulling this all together. But wouldn't that be cool. . .
