Title: subscription time

Ordered my subscription on 4/1....still haven't gotten anything, and I sent a email to see if I could at least get my sub #, no response?  This normal?

talked to Kay on the phone yesterday, WOW what a nice lady! My first magazine was waiting in the mailbox when I got home!  ;D :D
