Title: First knife sheath attempt
Post by: _Jon_ on December 22, 2010, 03:51:58 pm
Never tried making a sheath before.  I made a knife and figured I'd give it a try.

I run out of leather so the belt loop is on the skimpy side.  it's 1" tho so that might still work.

I made the sheath and then wrapped it with left over skins from a bow I did at Twin Oaks a few months back.

That's a very cool sheath.  If were you I would probably consider a leather thong or something to tie around the handle.  Be a real shame for a knife that purty to slip out and get lost.
