Title: Pearl Drop
Post by: mullet on August 16, 2015, 12:02:54 pm
It's been a while since I've posted a bow, even though I've made few in the last couple of years. But this Osage came out kinda pretty so I thought I'd share.

I got this 'sage from Matt Mirwikki at the Classic this year in a trade and the copperhead skins came from my Buddy, Shannon Walker. The name came from the little, dangly, pearl that was just forming in some Abalone shell I cut up, thought it was cool looking.

The bow is 62" nock to nock, 51# @28", with Zebra wood overlays. I'm hoping to use it in some Tennessee woods this year.

Whoa baby, when that Osage darkens, it's going to look excellent with those skins.  I like it.  That bow may cause deer to have cardiac arrest ;-)

I like the profiles - the unbraced looks full of strength and the f/d looks like a mollie. I bet she is very fast.
